A membership in the New Richmond Pickleball Association (NRPA) helps to promote the sport of pickleball in our local community.
What are NRPA membership fees used for?
Over the last eight years member fees, member gifts, and grants have helped establish four dedicated pickleball courts at Mary Park, including resurfacing, striping, gates and fencing, relocating the basketball area (including new asphalt for the basketball area), resurfacing of the tennis court with lines for two additional temporary courts, windscreens, equipment box and supplies, 150-200 balls a season for member use, SignUpGenius, crack repair, and general court maintenance/supplies. Our outdoor pickleball facility would not exist without the financial and volunteer support of our members!
Member benefits include:
- Access to SignUpGenius sign-up sheets for play at Mary Park and other local venues such as the Centre.
- Combination / access to the locked storage box at Mary Park.
- The storage box contains association supplied balls for member play, temporary nets for courts on the tennis courts, blower, first aid kit, tape measurer and loaner paddles.
- Tournament notices / invites.
- Ladder league and team league play.
- Membership dues also provide funds for periodic court improvements, maintenance / repairs, court squeegee, ball stoppers, brooms, nets and windscreens.
Memberships are valid through March 31st.
If you are interested in joining the New Richmond Pickleball Association for 2026, the new member registration fee is $10 per member.
If you were a member of the New Richmond Pickleball Association in the past and want to renew for 2026, the renewal registration fee is $25 per member. Please email nrpa@nrpickleball.org to request a link to renew.
